Description

1. General

GCS-type Low voltage withdrawable electrical control switchgear can be applied to power plants, substations, petrochemical industry, industrial and mining enterprises as power supply, power distribution, motor control center, electric heater current limit and reactive compensation for the low-voltage distribution system.

This LV switchboard also can be used in low voltage power control center and motor control center of power plants with large unit capacity and large-scale petrochemical enterprises, for the reason of satisfaction of computers connection.

●  This withdrawable switchgear is designed as either three-phase four-wire type or three-phase five-wire type;

●  Each functional compartment is isolated relatively, and compartment effects are relatively independent;

●  The design of cable format makes upper and lower cables in/out, solve the problems existed in an old traditional product;

●  The number of functional units is determined by the standard modulus, they can be used in any combination as needed; the drawers with the same function can be interchanged conveniently.

5. Operational Environment

1.The ambient temperature should be -5℃-40℃. The average temperature should be less than 35℃ in 24 hours. If exceeds, decrease capacity to operate according to the actual condition.

2. Used in indoor, and the altitude should be less than 2000m.

3. The relative humidity should be less than 50% when the highest temperature is 40℃. Higher humidity is allowed when the temperature is low. For example, when the temperature is 20℃,humidity is 90%. Dewing condition should also be considered due to the change of temperature.

4. The inclination with vertical plane should be less than 5% when install device and the whole set of cabinets should be leveled.

5. The device should be installed at the place where there is no serious vibration, impact and erosion of elements.

6. If the user has special requirements, coordinate with manufacturer.

Orderer should offer the following technical document:

1. All types of products include main circuit plan No. and auxiliary circuit plan No.

2. Main circuit system combination sequence drawing

3. Auxiliary circuit electric scheme

4. Cabinet elements list

5. Setting parameters such as voltage, current and time

6. Other requirements not in accordance with a normal use
