▶ How to confirm the product quality before placing orders ?



  a. For switchgears, we will offer you our products specification standard to you, and we test every batch of our products and we will provide test reports. For industrial springs, we have test investments and we can offer free samples.


  b. Send us your products specifications and requests, we will make custom products.




 


▶ How to make order & payment ?


   a. We can accept payment by T/T, L/C


   b. Proforma invoice will be sent after your confirmation of the order.


 


▶ How to pack and storage ?


   a. Packing:    For switchgears: keep it in wooden box


                      For industrial springs: 1. Pallet package  2. Wooden box  3. cartons packing


   Note: Normally, use trays as base and cartons as carrier. Put cartons at right position and use packaging tool to fix cartons on trays and use film to cover the whole trays body to seal so that the sea air will be avoided.


   b. Storage: Store in dry place, keep away from strong light and heat.


 


▶ How to ship and delivery ?


   Transit could be DHL,UPS,TNT, FEDEX, EMS. For mass orders, it will be delivered by air or sea. 


 


▶ Our return service policy


   For switchgears, no excuse of returning goods within 100 days.


   For Industry springs, no excuse of returning goods within a week after receiving due to quality problems.
